1. The CaseCheck Service

GeniusLaw’s CaseCheck service provides an ongoing review of your case and related public records, with periodic updates delivered to you through the GeniusLaw app and your legal team.

2. Subscription & Billing

CaseCheck is billed as a recurring subscription. The amount and billing date are set out in your order. Your subscription continues until it is cancelled by you or your legal team. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to keep your contact information current and to review the updates provided to you. CaseCheck updates are informational and do not replace direct communication with your legal team about deadlines or decisions in your case.

4. Electronic Signature

By checking the box and typing your full name below, you agree that this constitutes your electronic signature and that you intend to be bound by these terms, with the same force as a handwritten signature.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your CaseCheck subscription at any time by contacting your legal team. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not affect charges already made.

6. Privacy

Information processed as part of CaseCheck is handled under your existing engagement with your legal team and GeniusLaw’s privacy practices. Your information is never sold.
