What is CaseCheck?

CaseCheck is a GeniusLaw administrative service, separate from your litigation retainer and attorney fees.
We monitor your court docket periodically (typically weekly) and notify you of developments: hearings, motions, deadlines.
If a law firm is connected to your case, we notify the firm as well.
CaseCheck is not legal representation and doesn’t replace retaining a law firm.

CaseCheck Subscription

Billing starts once GeniusLaw receives your case number and monitoring begins, charged monthly to your card on file, separate from attorney fees or retainer.
Runs monthly until you cancel or your case concludes.
Cancel anytime in the app. Cancellation takes effect 30 days later; charges already billed are not refundable.
